How to Use Essential Oils? Part 1

Yesterday I realised not many of us knows how to use essential oils! I did not know as well until I did some reading throught the net and my favorite explanation on ways to use essential oils is from sustainable baby steps

Here are 4 ways that you can use essential oils:

1. Aromatically
2. Topically
3. Internally
4. Externally

In this post, I will share on the goodness of aromatic applicatio  of essential oils.

Aromatic usage of essential is by diffusing, indirect inhalation and vapor/steam. By using essential oils aromatically:

  • It can nurture the respiratory system especially those suffering from sinus.
  • Itcan help you with your moods, hormon imbalance and stress.
  • Improve indoor air quality.
  • Improve immune system
"The aroma that you breathe in is actually a fine mist or vapor of the oil, containing all the same properties of the oil itself"



I have been using this dew drop diffuser from Young Living and it has been wonderful! We have been diffusing Cedarwood + Lavender for a good night sleep. My boys can easily fall asleep without any hassle at night and it works everytime! Stress after a long day at work? Just diffuse Stress Away and your stress will drift away.
